Customer Service Assistant/Officer

Responsibilities

  1. Handle customers’ enquiries, orders, invoicing and shipment daily

  2. Providing prompt & accurate responses to customers' inquiries

  3. Provide professional service for all internal and external customers

  4. Monitoring and working with related departments for the order status before delivery or providing aftersales service

  5. Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

  6. Up-selling/ Cross-selling call with the customer

Requirements

  1. Working experience in Customer Service/ Telesales in advance

  2. HKCEE/DSE or above.

  3. Immediate available is preferred

  4. Strong interpersonal communication skills and good telephone manner

  5. Good knowledge of PC applications & Gmail & Familiar with MS Office applications

  6. Good team player
