And for added flexibility, the Avio 550 Max is available in three configurations(Scott/Cross-Flow, Concentric/Cyclonic & Oil), allowing you to select the option best suited for your application(s).
 
The configuration of Scott/Cross-Flow sample introduction, suitable for most applications even those requiring hydrofluoric acid.
 
The configuration of  Cyclonic/Concentric sample introduction to provide higher efficiency, better precision, and faster washout times. This configuration is not recommended for hydrofluoric acid applications.
 
The configuration of  Oil is ideal for organic analysis applications such as the Caterpillar® S.O.S.SM Program and ASTM® methods D4951 and D5185.
