職責
Perform full set of purchasing activities, include price negotiation, purchase orders handling, lead time controlling and delivery arrangement.
Inventory level monitoring and maintain an updated database and filing system.
Purchase enquiries handling, back and forth communication between all related shareholders.
Liaise and collaborate with clients regarding job production and progress.
Handle ad hoc projects assigned by manager and supervisor.
要求
Working experience and knowledge in AutoCAD will be an advantage.
HKCEE/DSE or above.
Immediate available is preferred
Strong interpersonal communication skills and good telephone manner
Good knowledge of PC applications & Gmail & Familiar with MS Office applications
